Enthusiasm.

I believe that an enthusiastic person finds it easier to enjoy what they are doing, and make their environment more positive for their co-wokers and those in their company.

Empathy.

With empathy comes respect, and if one can be mindful of others feelings, communications improves and others are more likely to react to situations with kindness.

Humor.

Laughter makes everyone feel better, and I appreciate light-heartedness and having a good, hearty laugh.

Bravery.

We need courage more often than we might think! Every day we are called to make decisions that might have implications that don't suit us as much as we might like. But taking a leap of faith should be celebrated, especially when we  have made a sacrifice for someone else.
